They are one of these companies that their city customers have NO CHOICE but to use them. In not having any competition they can make you pay what ever they want to charge you on your bill. To make matters worse they charge you even more for paying your bill online. If you are tired of companies like Kaukauna Utilities taking advantage of their place in our cities sign this petition.
