I am doing this petition bceause little Katie needs justice.The juge is determining that Katies father gets unseupervised visits of her.This is a man who has beat this little girl so badly that she has developmental delays.He has beaten Katies mother and put her in ICU.Is this a man you would want around your children.This man has bipolar and other diseases.He has hurt many people.He should not be allowed to hurt this little girl
