I have never felt unsafe or threatened in Kartel and the door staff have always been professional. This would be the last place in Norwich I would deem unsafe.

Kartel is one of a very small number of safe clubs in Norwich, as opposed m the atrocities seen in clubs down prince of Wales road. It deserves this least of any club in Norwich.

I have always felt very safe in Kartel, the door staff are very professional, and it has a great friendly atmosphere, far more than many other establishments.

Never had any problems here, great place to end a night out. Reducing licensing could jepoardise the business.

If there's anywhere in Norwich that needs its licenses reviewing and revoking, that's any and all establishments that populate the Prince of Wales Road.

Is shutting down small businesses in line with licensing objectives? I hope not.

can't see the point of closing the venue earlier. police should prevent the incidents by being on the spot or on call within short distance and not try and enforce an early licence
