kartel/havana has been a comfortable, friendly place to be for the past 6 years. Police/licensing need to concentrate on where the real problems are and lay off the small businesses that they see as an easy target!

I think the police should be looking at other venues who have trouble instead of picking on the smallest! Cowards!

Kartel is favourite club, it has a friendly happy atmosphere and i never feel intimidated to go inside or whilst i am in there unlike several other clubs.

There are worse places to award a late night license. By doing this you are effectively closing this bar. They will not be able to operate at a profit. Support local business.

I choose Kartel over any other club to avoid the occasional agro I have witnessed on Prince of Wales. This simply isn't fair!
