I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you have stepped up to support this idea. We are getting very near the 250 mark and having that kind of backing would really show how much our campus values open debate. This momentum belongs entirely to the people who took a moment to sign.

dont censor speakers just because their politics are controversial. keep it open for everyone
YES. STOP THE SILENCING OF CONSERVATIVE VOICES.
Uni campuses should be about hearing everyone out. If you cant handle a guest speaker you shouldnt be in college
bring him. love him or hate him he has a lot to say about how stuff works in DC. debate is healthy.
intellectual diversity is actually a thing. lets see if merced can handle it.

people are way too sensitive these days. just go listen and ask hard questions if you dont like what he says
