The township officially dropped the proposed noise ordinance and the speedway can continue exactly as it is. I am relieved that we get to keep this track alive for the next generation of racers. We will stay diligent to ensure they do not try this again.

THE RACES ARE THE BEST PART OF LIVING IN THIS AREA. STOP TRYING TO KILL THE LOCAL ECONOMY.
82 db is impossible to meet. Might as well just tell them to lock the gates now. Hope the board listens to reason.
My family has been going here for generations. 82 decibels is basically nothing for a race track. This is just an excuse to shut them down.
Ridiculous. leave the speedway alone.
Cars are loud. Its racing. If you want silence go live in the woods.

Dont ruin a local tradition just because some new people moved in and dont like the noise. You knew there was a track there when you bought the house.
