We hardly see security around the villas .even if they choose to take rounds they take rounds only on the main roads what about the interiors???

Completely agree. Surely the roads junctions are designed for traffic lights. They need to be put in place.

Had a lot of strange people in our Street 1 neighbourhood. Have also had our door handle tested a few times with people trying to enter our home. Thankfully we lock the front door but safety is becoming an issue for us.

Having speed bumps would be a great way of slowing cars. CCTV cameras would also cut down accidents

It's becoming a great community now with all the time & investment on the parks, I'd hate to see the other basic needs ignored. Come on Nakeel, you've got a desirable gem in JVC, just finish polishing it!!

the number of accidents is ridiculous due to lack of road signs. We have found peoe wondering late in the evening behind our villas.

Nakheel, you are negligent, incompetent crooks. Incorrect road markings, dead palm trees (because you planted the trees 6 months before installing the irrigation pipes - nice move retards!!!), incorrectly installed Air Conditioning (I'm going to get that in writing from the company that serviced and encourage my landlord to sue you) and your Modus Operandi of abandoning development on a project that you have collected payment for so that you can use the money to start a new project is basically a Ponzi Scheme. You disgust me.
