Road signs are very much needed as well as correct road markings... Nakheel you have potentially a great community and over the years it has grown so much... How ever as one of the largest property developers in the UAE, should you not take responsibility in the safety of the community also.... I do not personally agree to a closed community as this would again increase the rents( I realize not your responsibility) but look at the company currently providing security and ask them to show you where in their SOP does it say sleeping on side of the road, playing on the phone and very rarely patrolling...

Nakheel are making a fool of themselves by not being able to sort the road signs out. I can use Careem or Uber for Taxi, I don't really mind that RTA won't find me. But what shall I do the day I need an ambulance or the fire brigade? Order Uber...?

Completely agree, I do not allow my 10 year old out on the street because of all the kerb crawlers in vans and cars. It is more unsafe in JVC than it is in home country's for children, which shouldn't be. Thanks for organising the petition.

Totally agree with all owners/tenants, Nakheel need to step up to the plate and not just develop and sell, responsibilities do not stop there as they still claim yearly community fees.

Almost every week.. i witness car accident either in near intersection or at one of the roundabouts. . This is very sad.. my husband and I were about to have one as some people do not respect rules

driving in Jvc is not safe, neither parking outside.
It does not feel safe to have a walk after dark
