PETITION FOR IMPEACHMENT From the citizens of our Great State of Tennessee addressed to the elected and appointed Public Service members listed below. The TN Court of Judiciary Committee The Honorable TN House of Representatives The Honorable Representative David Shepard The Honorable Senator Jim Summerville RE: Impeachment of Judge Andrew Jackson Juvenile and Probate Court Charlotte TN Dickson County. Judge Andrew Jackson Dickson County Probate and Juvenile Court as a matter of public record has not remained faithful to the law, has not maintained competence in the law, and has broken the law. He has not been willing to abide by or serve according to the standards of the TN Code of Ethics set forth for Attorneys, Judges, Elected officials, and Public Service Employees. He has not fulfilled his responsibilities expected and deserved by the citizens of Dickson County and the State of Tennessee. Judge Jackson has repeated his behavior multiple times revealing racism, biased, public drunkenness, public harassment/violence. Failure to follow the law for appointing public defendants, public reprimanded three times with no remorse or change in his behavior. The time has come for the tolerance of his unethical, unlawful, immoral behavior, from the most precious, and heartfelt court room (juvenile /probate) come to an end. I call upon you to impeach Judge Andrew Jackson in Dickson County.
