We hit one hundred signatures and the Governor cannot keep ignoring this stain on his desk. The state continues to hold my past over me despite all the work I have done to change my life. This is just the beginning of the fight to get my name cleared.

I believe Justin deserves this pardon. He has become someone who is contributing to society as a business person and in his social life. He clearly recognizes his mistakes but wants to participate in being able to be a full citizen and I believe he should be. Thank you.
I have known Justin for several years. He has demonstrated that he is a man of good character and integrity. I work for the Tennessee Department of Corrections. Justin is an example of what we hope every offender should aspire to. I fully support a pardon for Justin.
Please consider pardoning our friend, Justin Beshearse. I have known him for the last 6 years as a staff member of our church. Our lives have been richly blessed by his presence, his insight to the scriptures, and the fun and passionate way he lives his life.
Briefly met Justin when I was working for a moving company a few years back, if this man did something when he was younger he’s long since changed his ways if he was different back when he was 18. If anyone deserves the pardon it should be him.
Justin is the epitome and wonderful example of a redemption story. He made poor choices as a kid, paid the price and deserves to be pardoned with all of his rights restored. He's a wonderful example of a great father, friend, mentor, pastor and man of God.
Everyone needs a second chance that has straightened their life up.

I believe that Justin deserves a second chance. As someone who has been involve in the criminal justice system in the State of Texas in my past, I don't say this often about many people. He is truely reformed--a true change a heart.
