Justin Roeder was recently fired from IN-N-OUT BURGER for unjustified reasons, stating he had a bad attitude from problems at home that was affecting his work. All of his friends and co-workers have never known that to be true, or for Justin to even be a little negative, let alone affect his work. There have been other workers who have showed up to work smelling like alcohol, yet those people are still there, while Justin is not. This, quite simply, is unfair. If Justin ever showed any negative emotion in any way, it was due to the unfair way he was treated by some of the co-workers and his manager, who kept threatening to take his job away even knowing Justin needed the job to be able to support his wifes cancer treatment. Justin's wife has cancer and was covered under her husbands insurance, which she does not have anymore and thus her treatments will have to stop if Justin doesn't get his job back, or compensation. Like it has already been stated, the reasons they listed for firing Justin weren't even true. Justin is a talented and dedicated worker and would never have a negative attitude on the job or do anything to jeopardize losing his job and risking his wifes insurance coverage. Something needs to be done to right this wrong, even if it's something small to start.
