Mandatory Minimum sentencing law need to be replaced with something fair for all or abolished completely. It does not serve society the way the law should work.

I think he should be in prison for maybe a few months 3 years max for not doing anything or saying anything at all but I think life is extremely harsh I witnessed a trial like this before in my state MI where a 20 year old got 30 years more time than a guy that actually commited the 2 murders he was along for the ride too. Be wery of the company you keep, what you fail to stand up for, in the end you'll suffer. But NOT a fucking life sentence, that's insanity! The justice system is retarded.

I also have a brother doing natural life at Eyman, Florence, Az. due to prosecutal misconduct. I support Justines release and will pray for his release daily. God is bigger than this system and he has the last word.

Mandatory sentencing has been shown to have failed in numerous countries all over the world. Even Amnesty International writes strongly against it. Free Justin Granier. It's been long enough!
