I went to school with Justin & know him personally. There is no way he should be serving this much time!!!! It's absurd!!!!!

I just have to say that hearing his story and seeing him on Serving Life has completely opened my eyes about the laws that this state has. There is no reason for it. Innocent people should not have to serve life for something they did not do. He was not a part of this horrible crime. That should be taken into consideration. Freedom is not something to take away from someone forever when they did not commit the crime. I pray that this family and Justin can gain justice for him!! If this was your son or family member you would want the same and do everything you could to help. So take that into consideration when thinking about signing this petition! I hope the best for you all!!!

I agree, a life sentence is cruel. He deserves a second chance!

After watching "Serving Life" it broke my heart to find out that Justin will never be able to have a normal life. He deserves a second chance. The documentary was amazing and I think all the hospice volunteers are inspiring!

after watching serving life i looked up justins story. tho seeing him through the tv, something struck me as not right. he didnt seem like the other inmates. normally you look at an inmate and you just get it, with justin, you cant. noone should have their freedom taken from them for something the had no intention in participating in. i pray for justice to be brought to this case.

My son also is serving life with no parole for a murder he did not commit (and the shooter admitted full responsibility for). WE need to put an END to unjust sentencing! These are intelligent, capable citizens who deserve freedom!

This man needs a new look at his case to see if he should be released or have another trial

Justin sane that a conviction like this took place, it makes no sense. I hope to see you free soon so people on the outside can experience the hope and joy you have.
