I believe in second chances for some. At the age of 19 and not "pulling a trigger", so to speak, and with 12 + years to re-new your view on life , I do support a second chance for this young man.

I watched serving life and Justin's story really touched my heart! Not to mention that he definately caught my eye! What an amazing man who does not deserve what he's been put through. I'm happy to sign this petition in hopes that justin is able to continue his life goals and dreams outside of the penitentiary! It's obvious this wonderful man has and will continue to touch people's lives and continue to do so! He's definately touched my life and has given me a different perspective on penitentiary inmates and that they are still good men with good hearts who have just made some mistakes! Thank you justin! I hope the rest of your journey is full of love happiness and faith! Never lose hope!

The law is broken... Instead of an automatic sentence, we need a human judge to assess the situation and give an appropriate punishment.
There's still hope, if this law is changed Justin could be out on parole. All things are possible with God!

It just isn't right, he doesn't deserve to give up his entire life for a bad decision, he did not take anyone's life the choice was not his own.

There are child molesters and rapists walking free and yet this boy is in prison for life. There's something wrong with this.
