Living in Montana the law reacts differently on situations like this. You are the kind of person that I wish my kids could learn from and I am thrilled to sign your petition.

Not Fair! It amazes me how innocent people are often punished for crimes they didn't commit and real criminals are often let off for crimes they did commit. FREE JUSTIN!

He was not the murderer. He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. It could have happened to any one of us. Please set him free.

He was still a teenager when the crime was committed. I think this has changed him forever and he could be a productive positive member of society if he were ever to be allowed freedom again. I don't agree with murdering anyone but in his particular case and his role in the crime I don't think his entire life should be taken away.

Come on law makers, justin has done his time and it's cruel to keep him in prison. The volunteer work in the hospice shows he has what it takes to be a productive citizen on the outside. Enough is enough.

Good luck to Justin. I hope he is released soon enough. Good to see he has an amazing good nature for being in jail. It just shows his story can happen to anyone by making a mistake or being in the wrong place at such a young age. I hope his story can teach other. Take care. I saw his story on Serving life too. Great story. Such a shame. Looks like he has learned from his mistake And his doing good. I hope that counts. But such a long sentence for just being there. I think he has learned his lesson.
