the laws in LA are so ridiculously harsh & they do nothing but overpopulate prisons with many people who should NOT be there, put financial pressure on the state (thus taxing the public), and create confusing boundaries on crime levels. What is the point of this backwards state's legal system that offers no parole for this man? What have these insane laws accomplished that could be considered at all beneficial to society?
