No animal should die in such a situation especially in a vet. clinic. Ixygen mask does not cost anything the vet should have put it on and wait for the person get the money mind you it seems they were milking her blood due to her stress they kept adding on and on.. Not professional neither ethical

Seize and close down Star Vet!! Revoke veterinarians license, fire his workers, sent back to where they belong. Singapore doesn't need inhumane human beings here!!

Star Vets should publicly provide a detailed explanation of what happened, and AVA should also be transparent about its investigation process and outcome. That is the least the owner deserve and it is ultimately the right thing to do.

Vets have a duty to the animals under their care. This vet put money over animals. If the standard of procedure at Star Vets is to get money upfront first before carrying out an action that could potentially save a life, then they need to seriously review their practices. Aside from the money issue, it is the lack of compassion that appalled me. I feel very sorry for Maria who is going through overwhelming grief from such a great loss, and what more, the injustice and anger from the absurdity of the vet. I seek AVA's help to review this case and seriously consider revoking the vet's license. If we claim that the lives of animals matter, then this should matter. Baby had to pay the cost of bringing this to light.

The doctor must be given a very heavy penalty or sentence as this involved life.!!
