At least let baby have her oxygen and i drips, u rogue vet! Have some compassion. The lady already signed the IOU. The SGD1660 does not necessary applies as it's for a 5 days (80%) hospitalisation estimate. The Lady could very well check Baby out the next day to another vet

Heartless vet at least be more humane and give owner time to pay whatever needed ..she can get donation and sponsor from existing societies ..

This is not the kind of vet we would want here! Totally uncompassionate and money-minded when you see an animal on the brink of death! AVA, by not answering to the owner, what message are you bringing across???

Vet should be responsible for baby's death. His license should be revoked because he fail his main principle of saving a life.
