A doctor- be it for an animal or a human being should attend to medical needs of a living thing. They should have the heart to treat the patient first before demanding cash upfront downpayment. The cat was so clearly dying. The least he could have done is show some compassion. His negligence as a doctor shows he is not passionate about his job. Being a doctor is more than just a skill, more than just years of education , more than just paper qualifications, it is the heart, it is a calling and most importantly a DUTY to save lives.
I call to revoke his license to practise medicine due to negligence and the lack of compassion towards a living thing, in this case the poor cat who did not at all deserve that.
