Mohammed Niaz Khan, Abid Ashiq Hussain and Sharaz Yaqub were convicted under the controversial Joint Enterprise law for a murder they never committed. With no tangible evidence against them- neither forensic or eyewitnesses, the three were convicted based on hearsay evidence-the case built on lies, police corruption and falsified by unrealible/false witness statements, brushing under the carpet vital eye witness testimony of 3 INDEPENDANT witnesses that had seen something else at the time of the murder . We intend to obtain justice for The Bradford Three and will continue doing so until we reach our goal-the fight to clear their names-for as long as necessary. Accordingly, YOUR support is needed. Please everyone spread the word and sign this petition. The positive responses from supporters here may just be a factor that could put pressure on officials to review this injust Joint Enterprise Law and the case in question which is clearly not as clear cut as made out by the police!

this is so wrong. joint enterprise is a total disgrace and destroys lives based on absolutely nothing. hope they get a retrial soon.

The system is broken. Corrupt cops and made up evidence ruining 3 lives?? Something needs to change right now.
