Koa is coming home. The court ruling went our way and the fight is finally over. Thank you for helping me bring my son back to me.

December 31st I received a phone call at work that my first and only child was needing to be rushed to Childrens Levine Hospital in Charlotte NC after falling off the bed. After 4 days of observation my son was later diagnosed with Shaken baby Syndrome.
3 weeks of hospitilization, he recovered tremendously -- starting to open his eyes, eat, & respond to my voice. He was then released from the hospital but was labled as being "medically fragile". After discharge, he was released to Foster Care... NOT ME. After a month of being in foster care he was then released to his father..again NOT ME. I am currently employed and enrolled in parenting classes. Following all court orders and doing whatever I can to bring my son back home where he belongs.
I am a victim that is being treated like a criminal.
I have done everything in my power to cooperate but I have come to the realization that the system is not for me but against me. I NEED YOUR HELP.
My son is only 8 months old and I can not afford to miss anymore of his precious life that god so graciously spared. Please sign my petition so that baby Koa can come home. Please ask all of your friends, family, friends of family, anyone to sign.

i truly believe that she is a victim who is being treated like a criminal , she loves her son , she should have him back!!!
I am Koas aunt and I know for a fact that my sister is not only a great mother but a great woman,sister and daughter. She DESERVES to have her son. He is HER SON. She needs him. I can't wait until he is returned where he belongs which is home
speechless * right now. The only thing I can say is that I know you are a GREAT mommy. When I seen you, he was still growing in your belly & all you talked about was him and how ready you were to have him in your arms. STAY STRONG! God has everything planned out and he will RETURN HOME with his lovely mommy. A mother's love is NEVER replaced! I'm praying for y'all
I strongly feel this situation needs to be reinvestigated! The woman I know would never purposely harm or allow anyone else to harm her child!
I hope and pray you get your son back. There is nothing like a mothers love and I pray he return to you. I have a little baby myself and I'll be sick if I couldn't have him. My thoughts and prayers are with you. # justice for koa

Legally the rights belong to the mother , unless she is proven unfit . Her child needs to be with her and you have no idea the pain she may be endowing right now. If anything the system owes her. I wish the mother the best of luck and remember prayer changes things. Stay strong and keep your faith even stronger.
