The parole board denied the request for early release and the original sentence will be served in full. We have confirmed the decision through official correspondence today. I will continue to monitor the final discharge process to ensure the terms are enforced.
Our 15 year old son Kevin was killed in a careless car accident. The boy responsible is now up for early release for good behavior. My family and I have a life sentence of pain from our devestating loss of Kevin and this person is going to get out early? My son was the front passenger and his 14 year old friend Tom was in the back. He too lost his life and the driver is fine. His reckless driving caused two innocent kids to lose their young, promising lives. Help us keep the person responsible locked up where he belongs at least for the remaining months he has. He was sentenced for 19 months and it was reduced to 15 months. Now they might make it even less for "good behavior". It's heartbreaking the two lives that were lost and this boy, no longer a juvenile, can soon get out and move on with his life. Help us make the parole board keep him in for his full sentence. Thank you for your support.
We have reached one hundred signatures. I am compiling this list to submit as formal testimony to the parole board. Legal counsel is reviewing our draft letter to ensure the board accounts for the full duration of the original sentence.

My heart breaks for you. 15 months is already a joke for taking two lives. He needs to serve every single day.

19 months was already way too light. keep him inside. he took two amazing young men away from their families.

Justice for Kevin and Tom. He should not be walking free while those parents are suffering.
