25 year old Sarah M Fennell (victim) went on a date with Adam J. Kuettel (Subject). Between 2am -3am in the early morning hours of January 25, 2009. Adam will admit to Police a violent Domestic Assault took place between him and Sarah. . Adam calls Sarah’s siblings out of state and tells them something is wrong with Sarah. When they demand he call 911 and tell them where she is he hangs up on them. A family member frantically searching for over an hours finally located the apartment Adam is holding Sarah against the wishes of family members. Sarah has been striped naked and is laying on the floor unconscious and unresponsive. Adam is forced out of the way and Sarah is taken to St. Edwards ER. She arrived at 1:30pm the following afternoon of the beating she is in a Coma. Over 11 hours had past since Adam admitted to police that him and Sarah got into a fight at 2 or 3 in the morning. 4 Medical Doctors, one (1) RN and 4 police Officers will record 43 visible traumatic trauma’s to Sarah’s body including visible trauma to her Neck. The ER staff will tell Police Sarah is in a coma because she has suffered a “restriction, of blood and oxygen to her brain“ A Doctor will advise Police that Sarah has marks on her neck that is consistent with strangulation. Sarah will die 19 days later due to the traumatic trauma to her body. Fort Smith Investigators uncovered that Sarah had in fact drank 2 alcohol beverages while on the date with Adam. So Adam is not arrested. Documents will prove Fort Smith Investigators mislead and fraudulently tell the Medical Examiner and I quote: Investigators indicated their belief that the descendent had NOT sustained injuries during the admitted altercation” The Medical Examiners will also state and I quote “ In the absence of investigative evidence “ “ The manner of death was felt to be ’Natural” Fort Smith Investigators had the State medical Examiners office believing Sarah was just comfortably sitting in a frends apartment and had a stroke for some reason. Adam J. Kuettel is never arrested nor charged with any crime before or after this this brutal beating of Sarah M. Fennell.
