The monster that did this needs to be off the streets and behind bars!!!!! It is so sad what this poor puppy endured before he died. The next time the monster strikes it could be a child!!!!!!!!

This is horrible. My little shi tzu Jake passed away April 2015. I spent thousands on his medical care. He died naturallly of a failing body and old age. I would do it all over again if i could bring him back. The money for his care was like caring for a child!! These people need to be locked up for ever!!!!!!!

Please bring this person to justice. This is one of the most heinous, unfeeling, cruel acts I have ever read about, and the person who did it is a sick sociopath who is a danger to animals and people alike.
