The person(s) who did this to this innocent little dog will NOT stop with animals. If this person(s) are on the street, there will be more animals abused and killed and then they will move on to children, the elderly or the mentally or physically challenged. Ask any psychiatrist - animal abuse is the first indication of a serial killer in the making. FIND WHO DID THIS AND NEVER LET THEM SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
