I have never seen such evilness! There must be much stricter laws and punishment!Animal abuse is on the rise! As long as you only slap the hands of a murderer,this will continue !! Don't you realize that these people are very sick and will move on to children,the elderly and even racial discrimination! If a dog even bites a human, it gets put down! You are only defending the criminals!!!SHAME ON YOU

The person or people responsible for this should be tortured slowly to death. Unless we crack down on this sordid "behavior" it will only continue to escalate. A slap on the wrist is simply NOT going to stop anything at all. This whole story made me cry.

I would have loved to have this little guy live with me. What terrible monsters abused him. I pray they get punished to the fullest extent of the law for doing this to this sweet little guy. He looks like my Larry rescue dog.
