This should NOT have happened PERIOD!!! The person that did these viscous acts deserve the death penalty! ! We need better laws to protect those with no voice !!! This is no different from this monster I read about today who did the same thing to his six month old baby girl. Puppies are as innocent as babies and these monsters need to be put away forever for this kind of behavior because if they do this to an animal just think what they'll do to a human. This is sickening.. The Inhumane treatment of this animal is just demonic. Only the mind of a truly dangerous, demented person would participate in this cruelty to animals. Anyone with any knowledge of this crime against nature should feel obligated to inform law enforcement, or consider themselves equally guilty.
