The FBI Needs To Be Informed On This. It's A Federal Crime & Must Be Reported. A Huge Billboard On The Freeway Asking To Please Report Internet Crime To The FBI.. It's The Law Now, These Crimes Are A Felony. Please Contact The Correct Authorities Because This Is Really Sick & Has Rappiest & Killer All Over It. I am still heartbroken from the suffering that beautiful little puppy suffered. Please catch who did this...they can't be allowed to maybe inflict this horror on another innocent animal. His cry still haunts my dreams. Can't put into words how much sorrow I feel that he never got to be looked after and loved that he should have had his short lifetime. ..
