This is cruel people need to be punished for the crimes they commit in the same severity animal or human. We human are technically animals ourselves. Someone who could do this to a defenseless puppy needs to be caught and severely punished

The severity of Caleb's injuries indicate there is a very sick subhuman walking around in the community where Caleb was found. If this subject isn't caught they will do it again and again and they will move from animal to humans. Please put forth every effort to capture and convict this criminal.
