The anonymous need to be revealed. This person knows who the abuser is or can give a description. This is absolutely disgusting if the sadistic person is allowed to roam free it is only a matter of time before the harm is put towards a human if not done already.

Please do not let babies torture go unanswered. Please show the people of Atlanta that you will not TOLERATE this and you have zero tolerance towards this. On a personal note.
