The abuser of this animal needs to be caught and removed from the public at once! Someone with tendencies this sick and brutal is not fit to live among normal people! This person is a threat to not only other innocent animals, but innocent people as well! Will his next victim be a child? Eventually, if he is not caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent!
