So many thoughts are running through my mind as I read this. I am sure some people are not going to agree fully with what I am about to say. Yes I agree that this is a very sadistic person that has no morals, no conscience, no are they man or women enough to do this to someone that can fight back and well it's pretty clear they are not such a tough guy/girl as they would like to believe because they are to weak to own up to their actions. So they hide and cower down. Now this the part some may not agree with nor understand and that's ok because this is just what is running through my head. This person is all the things I have listed above but I can not help but wonder what happen to this person for them to even think of cruel acts such as these is it because it was done to them. Were they unmercifully raped, where they brunt, and beat and who did this to them. No matter what their story is they still no right from wrong and they only did this out of anger,rage and evilness. Maybe even resentful that they went through similar things and no one stepped in to help them. An yet that makes it even worse because they may next evolve and it could be someone's child. So for someone to have any information about who did this or even if you think they had anything to do or know anything about this and do not report it. You are just as weak as them. You are just as much of a coward as them no more of a coward because you are cowering down to a coward. So please do what you know is right. Before it happens again. Someone one knows something. So whoever called to inform them of the puppy being thrown over the fence that was the 1st step to trying to get justice. I do not know your story or situation so I am not going to tell you you should have stopped them or this and that but if you know more please please make just one more anonymous call. I believe you know it is the right thing to do.

Please don't stop looking for the person or persons who did this. Someone knows something & will speak up eventually please find them

I am disgusted with how long this has been going on to have animal abuse laws passed and stricter punishments to happen to the sick, demented individuals that think they are human!! Why are these animals still suffering at the hands of these sick so called humans?!!
