The monsters that totured and brutalized this sweet puppy need to be brought to justice and that justice needs to be swift and sure - they should be put away for life for the cruelty they inflicted. A message needs to be sent to the psychopaths who abuse animals by the judicial system - ZERO TOLERANCE and harsh sentences to dissuade their sick bretheren. The person who did this needs to be locked up and the key thrown away. Sickening, depraved and cruel.

The person(s) who have caused such pain and suffering shall be charged to a full account. In addition, we MUST encounter some sort of list to prevent these types of individuals from owning or coming in contact of another innocent creative such as Caleb. RIP angel my heart aches and tears of joy knowing you are no longer hurting.
