Monsters who torture such innocent animals should receive the cruelest punishment. I can't imagine being a hateful person that enjoys doing such acts to innocent animals. I pray they will suffer each time they close their eyes tio sleep. May they rot in hell.

Please take action and pass this and as many laws as needed to protect those who can not speak for themselves. The consequences for harming and abusing animals should be the same as harming people. Odds are the abusers are harming both.
