This is a sick & horrible situation. Animal abuse in any form needs to be punishable to the highest degree possible. These animals are part of our families & deserve a kind loving & safe home.
The laws need to be changed in every state to protect animals that are abused, tortured & more. People hurting animals need to be made accountable for their actions.

I'm am absolutely outraged i can't even believe that this even needs a petition animals have no voice and need out help this is in no way right and he should have the same treatment but because that is so.. Unlikely he needs the highest cruelest allowed punishment... Please help find justice for this baby
