This thing needs to be caught and destroyed off the face of the earth? Beating and cruelty us bad on its own but to do tgat to an animal/puupy needs to be castrated the bastard

I feel physically sick and tearful the terrible suffering this helpless puppy enjoured. SOMEONE MUST PAY. Prefer the same to them.but that wont help poor puppy now.OMFG

Animals deserve rights just as humans do they are no different than we are and they battle life as we do more so because they cannot speak or sometimes even help themselves we must love and respect all living beings
