Allow us to place a memorial bench on City or County Property in memory of Caleb the neglected puppy

The person who caused such pain and suffering to an innocent little pup cannot be allowed to get away with it. They must be brought to justice - who knows what they are capable of doing next.

Find that bastard and bring him to justice.

❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely bring these people or person to justice!!! This is disgusting that this could happen. Next, they'll do it to a child!

Yeah, somebody knows something, this probably isn't the first time the bastard has done this. This beautiful little guy deserves justice, there has to be a judge out there that agrees with me. That idiot knows that if he goes to prison someone will get him and show him how it feels.

Let's find this scumbag

It is not ok to treat anyone like that! Animal OR human

This is just so sick. Whoever did this should face the harshest punishment possible.

This person or persons needs to be charged to the highest degree.

I would spend the remainder of my life behind bars to Avenge this Dogs death... With no hesitation

We need to offer a reward, some lowlife is bound to know who did this

Same justice than for humans ! Cruelty on such innocent creatures shouldnt exist and be punished

Damn these cruel delinquents and cowards.

vile evil cruel no mercy for a innocent soul killed by a savage

I hope they catch this guy. 20 years minimum.

Disgraceful

Don't forget to about doing this as well: The FBI this year prepares to collect data on animal cruelty crimes through its National Incident-Based Reporting System, or NIBRS.

I have no words for this horrible abuse. I have never heard of such cruelty in my life. If anyone has any information I'm sure you can use the money, please make the call.

This is a very sad and abhorrent story. I am so sorry humanity failed you sweet Caleb. Rest easy knowing you are safe over the rainbow bridge. ❤️

So sick!!
