This is not acceptable. It wouldn't be acceptable if it were ANY child. This woman needs to be prosecuted AND the school district should be sued for not notifying the parents. If the DA refuses to do their damn job then they should be sued as well. I hope his parents are out for blood!

Not pressing charges sends a message of the WRONG kind! These children more so than others are succeptible to these types of dangers because they cannot tell anyone what's happened or worse continues to happen! We need to stand up for these children and do what's right! Send a message that this is NOT ok

I support this so much. I had a best friend back in elementary and middle school with Down Syndrome. This nonsense has to stop. It's unfair to those who have special needs because they're so harmful and sweet.
