An eye for an eye is how I feel about it I am sick of these people getting away with this kind of abuse. He is a beautiful boy and deserves justice like anybody else. I hope the Judge questions this prosecutors reason for not pressing criminal charges. Other than that the aid should look over her shoulder.

I would definitely have an MRI and CT scan to make sure this child's neck is not injured. Some injuries are not noticeable i.e. alantoaxial instability of the spine that is common with down syndrome children.
