It can be incredibly difficult to get school officials to take action against employees who violently treat their charges. This needs to be dealt with severely.

the school aid needs to be taken to jail for their actions! How unfair of the legal system to ignore this! My message to the district attorney is imagine if this was your child, would you just simply dismiss it?!?! The legal system needs to grow a pair and stand up for everyone's rights!
