That is so wrong! She needs to do prison time for child abuse and the school needs to be fined a hefty fine for aiding and abetting.

As we all know certain issues in this america are more important then the welfare of the needy. The video should have been enough, not only should the care provider be charged but also the school for taking so lond to report this along with noitifying the parents.
