As the parent of a 9 year old boy with DS that is mostly non-verbal, this breaks my heart into a million pieces. This boy and his family deserve justice, that "paraprofessional" deserves jail time.

Criminal charges need to be filed. This type of mistreatment of our children with disabilities needs to be stopped. There is video that a crime occurred against a non verbal disabled child. He cannot speak and justice must be spoken and declared for him!

My son (who has Down syndrome) too was handled roughly when he was in Middle School. But not so violently as this poor young boy. I only found out about the incident myself via another student at a ball game and this was during the summer after school was let out. I did inform the principal and they reprimanded her. but she still works with kids
