This is ridiculous this person should be charged and prosecuted so that they can't go to another school and do the same thing over to another child. Willa

As a parent of a child with special needs, I find this VERY unacceptable! How is it okay to assault someone just because there was no "evidence" of injury? What about the emotional trauma that William had to endure? There is a level of trust that we put in the "professionals" who are with our children daily. With video evidence this case should but cut and dry!

It is very scary that he is unable to talk. I am glad it was caught on camera. He is so vulnerable. He is also adorable!

That woman's behavior is totally unacceptable. The emotional trauma done to that sweet little boy is reason enough for the DA to proceed.

I have a William with DS. This, this is one of my worst fears. The school doesn't tell the parents things that happen. Prayers for this beautiful boy, his family, and for justice!
