"due to no sign of injury" What about psychological injury? What about waiting 8 days to share the incident with parents? Law enforcement? What about the fact that our kids have no verbal skills so share their pain, discomfort, fear? So that must mean they have had no injury? Please! Sign the petition, and share. That "paraprofessional" should be behind bars.

My sister who I not with us anymore was Downs , thee special people go threw th everyday , but the lord have mercy on there soul when it's there time . We have to stand u for them they have no one else. I am outrage , apauled, this is ridiculous with the knowledge we have today to show such stupidity and ignorance on the teachers behalf .

We as parents have to trust our school system to protect our children, when they are there, not hurt them. Even if there was not any physical damage, the emotional damage done to this child could set him back years. What is wrong with people. She needs to be held accountable for her actions.

Unacceptable on all kinds of levels. I have a younger sister who has Downs, and if anyone ever did that to her, they would never see the light of dayEVER!!!!!!! Poor sweet sweet boy!! Put that lady behind bars. She should never be around children again.

The school & the District Attorney should face charges. And, that paraprofessional should NEVER work with ANY kids again!
