The video is proof of physical and emotional abuse. Even without the presence of physical injury, this aide can and should still be charged with child abuse.

This person should be punish and never be allowed work with children ever again,the school needs to fire the principal,that person doesn't deserve to work with kids either.....William you are a sweetheart and deserves much better...xxxoo

I have a grown son with Down Syndrome. It is not acceptable to ignore abuse just because THIS TIME, there was no sign of injury.

If this doesn't warrant a complete investigation that what does? Imagine if this child spoke and was older, would they choose to give such short shrift to such a horrible act? So let me understand, without visible bodily injury it is legal in Texas for an adult who is paid to take care of child to but his/her hands around his throat and shake a young developmentally disabled child? Texas constantly doesn't stand up for its women and its children.
