There are several individuals who should be held accountable for what happened to William and what didn't happen to the abuser(s).

no sign of injury? Really? Emotional abuse can't be denied. How would the D.A. know whether this young man was emotionally traumatized? Is he also a child Psychiatrist with specific training regarding non-verbal special needs children? She should be charged with physical abuse of a vulnerable child. A measure that would provide at least a small measure of protection for the vulnerable. Texas, wake up!

That is bullcrap and if a parent would have done that they would already be sitting in jail so why isn't this broad when there is clear evidence of it!!!
