I cannot understand how something like this can be swept under the rug! This family deserves justice, why can't they show the video of the attack? I stand with this family, I am a para-pro at the school my boys attend. My oldest has downs, I couldn't imagine someone treating him this way. Why does this abuser get to be protected, when clearly this child wasn't?

I am heartbroken that any "para professional" would abuse such a beautiful child! I realize dealing wth special needs children can be trying and a challenge, but the lack of concern by the school, when every school worker is a MANDITORY CHILD ABUSE REPORTER is such a unbeliveable lack of consideration of this child's rights!! I think many who were involved in covering tis incident up should be charged with breaking many laws! Shame, Shame, Shame!!!!!
