there should be charges no matter how long and against the school as well, people who do nothing are more to blame then the person who did.

This is heartbreaking. And proof of everything that is wrong with our world and society. Such ignorance and lack of compassion. I pray that that justice will be served and that the Lord changes the heart of the abuser, and the ones who knew of this incident and kept silent. May God have mercy on Your souls.
