No mistreatment of a child is acceptable. Injuries can also be invisible. Mental, emotional, destroying trust, and instilling fear in a child who should feel safe in the presence of all caregivers, teachers and para professionals.

Disgusting! The staff member who saw it and did nothing more than "tell the principal" needs to be smacked over the head! How could you see something like that and not call the police! Or more, go help the poor kid and give the help aid a good beating! I can't believe the people in this world.

I think this is a case of prejudice against the disabled, this is an outrage...I am a mother of a child with down syndrome, Thank God it wasn't my child.

May Harris County District Attorney rot in hell unless he begs for mercy and mends the error of his hard heart. We are talking about the life of an innocent child who only wants to love and be loved. Who the hell are you to look the other way when such an atrocity is made against such an innocent soul. Make this right or I swear God Almighty will curse you .
