This case needs to be reopened. The video to be viewed and she should be prosecuted to the full extension of the law.

This child was most certainly injured, physically and most assuredly emotionally. I can not fathom the DA making such a statement or decision. My heart goes out to William and his family. This child is being abused all over again, by not allowing him the justice that he deserves, regarding the paraprofessional and the principal. Thank Allah for the staff witness that reported this terrible, inexcusable event. Clearly child abuse, and the perpetrator needs to answer for this, including the principal. How can you wait 8 days to report something like this. It is the principals job to immediately report this to the police and CPS. Shame on you!

I am signing this petition in hopes that the DA will reconsider the lack of criminal charges being filed in the paraprofessional who attacked William Suter. If we allow this person to escape consequences for attacking a child, a door is open to more abuse in the future! Please protect the innocent!

No child should ever be allowed to be mistreated. Especially children with conditions such as this. That poor baby was probably terrified.

this person should be punished for what she did. she shouldnt be working with specual needs kids or kids at all if she doesnt have patience. go work at a prison and beat on the pedophiles they deserve to get beat not this precious angel.

there should be charges no matter how long and against the school as well, people who do nothing are more to blame then the person who did.
